“Great customer service I bought drumstick pencils - a little present from my son to my brother for his 50th - and needed next day delivery but there was a problem with dispatch. I phoned and spoke to a member of staff who immediately arranged for my item to be sent to my brother's address for the following day. The parcel was there when we arrived - my brother handed it to me, I handed it to my son and he handed it back to my brother! Problem solved with minimum fuss. Thanks Fat Buddha, great customer service!”
