“I purchased the same item twice from Fat Buddha....deliberately, I hasten to add! I bought the first item as a gift and a colleague saw it and liked it, so now he'll have one too! Delivery is spot on. The second time there was a minor problem with despatch, but I was notified of it swiftly and offered delivery a day later than originally planned or a full refund. Much better service than some of the larger "global" stores who leave the customer to chase up items themselves. Keep up the good work. I'll be recommending you to friends and family.”

“I was a bit apprehensive about using an online store I'd never heard of before for an expensive item but reading other customers reviews eased my mind. However, after ordering online I didn't receive an order confirmation email which didn't fill me with confidence. I assumed this was probably a bug with the website as funds were taken from my account and the order was displayed in the account section. Despite this, I still felt the need to speak with someone at the store to confirm my order had been received. Everything else other than this minor glitch was exceptional and I was impressed by the speedy delivery. I'd happily recommend others to buy from this store.”
