“Simple to use, ordered pm, arrived the next day. Delivery stashed it behind scaffolding and I got a call as well so no chasing around to collect it. Can't find a fault.”

“Ordered the 6 x 1 metre polycarbonate roof to erect a storeroom attached to the side of the house. Excellent help from Rob in Sales since I was about to order the wrong product as the lengths and widths are a bit confusing. Delivery was very prompt although I did not get a warning that it was an early delivery. I'm glad I was out of bed to receive the strongly wrapped sheets and bars. The sheets are easily cut with a fine blade jig saw as recommended by Rob. Measure twice , cut once is so important. I would recommend to Facias.com to include a 8mm wooden spacer bar to attach to your poly sheet. This gives you the required 4mm expansion gap on both sides of the sheet when installing. I luckily found a square strip of wood 8mm wide and used that for the spacing otherwise its' difficult to ''allow 4mm each side'' as per the fitting instructions. Very pleased with the roof so far , still fitting out the inside of the storeroom and have used plenty of Homebase Superior silicone sealant (25 year guarantee) as it needs to be watertight. Floor very dry just after heavy rain thank goodness.”

“My order somehow got lost in your system but when i phoned i was very impressed with the way i was dealt with. The lady I spoke to managed to trace my order from the payment details she was very polite and helpful and said she would try to have the goods delivered the next day. The product arrived the next day and was a good quality product. I can only thank your staff I'm sorry I dont her name in going the extra mile to put things right Well done.”
