“Great service and delivered exactly as described at a great price. I placed the order online and received it the next day. HOWEVER, one thing let your service down. Does your sales department, or your site in Bristol have anyone there???? I rang several times but there never seemed to be an answer, as the phone just rang and rang. Regards”

“My order arrived two days after placing it. The products were exactly as I ordered, however there was some minor damage to some edges of the hollow cladding, probably from knocking about during transit. This did not affect me as I ordered plenty to do my job, but if I had ordered tight then it may have been a concern.”

“We ordered a door canopy, and are very pleased with it and it enhances our front door nicely. However I have a couple of niggles. Whilst a fitting kit was supplied only 2 of the screws were long enough to fix the brackets adequately to the wall. This meant an unwanted trip to B&Q to buy an un-necessarily large pack of screws that would do the job. After this the job proceeded well but I then found that the screw caps to cover the bracket screws would not clip over the screw heads and the plastic catch plates. So I had to resort to painting the screw heads white, which works reasonably well. Another point to note, always use gloves to handle the GRP canopy. I have spent too long trying to fish out small strands of glass from various fingers.”

“Found exactly what I was looking for (drain cover/grid). Very prompt service, ordered in the afternoon and received the following day. Thought the postage was a bit steep though. A large envelope was used when possible a smaller one would have been fine and probably kept the cost down. Overall, very pleased with the service.”

“Ordering was easy, and delivery was quite quick and trackable. Only issue was that at point of placing the order all was in stock, but when delivery arrived 4 items were not included, but did arrive the following week. Would use again.”

“all the stuff I needed in the same place even if the website does take a bit of navigating around to find exactly what you need. Seem more interested in selling packages of goods rather than letting customer put it together. Delivery was fast - four days from order placed but some of the roof panels had scratches in spite of the wrapping which suggests they were scratched before they were packaged up. But everything was there and all went together very well. Instructions are basic and should tell you to remove the protective film before inserting the retaining strips as it is much more difficult to get the film off once the strips are fitted. It should also tell you to fit the end finishers before dropping them into place on the seals as its very tricky once the panels are on the roof. It all looks good now its finished. Reasonable prices and good delivery so altogether satisfied.”
