“The goods did eventually arrive and seem to be fairly satisfactory so far. But there was no advance notice of time of delivery so I could not check them; two small items were missing and had to be sent later. On one water butt the tap was wrongly screwed in, pointing sideways not down; on the other there is a small leak around the tap joint. The locking device for the lid on one water butt was immovable and broke when I tried to turn it. The Floplast mini guttering pieces were all fine.”

“I have never bought anything like this on line because I was unsure if all would be well. I had nothing to worry about, I placed my order and the delivery was on time. The quality was spot on as was the price. Unfortunately for me most of my requirements I had bought in store at one of the big chains but I was looking for a special width and took a chance. I can't turn the clock back but if I could I would have bought everything here since it is delivered right to the door and so I did not need to struggle with the back of the estate car open to carry home. It is top quality stuff and a lot less money. I can strongly recommend this company to anyone.”

“Can't fault the service nor the quality of the product, although I suspect I ordered the wrong thing as it needed some 'persuasion' to fit, nothing that a little jiggery pokery with a hacksaw couldn't fix. Very impressed with the speed from order to delivery.”
