Ordered three 8 foot posts and 3 tops , recieved three 6 foot posts and 1 cap , as I had booked a day off work to do the job it was very frustrating . Although the product does look good quality

Both have electric symbols on. I was under the impression that they were blank. Needed gas and electricity.

Damage to front of door panel. No damage to packaging. Must have happened before bubble wrapping. Due to time restraints had to use door. Probably would not buy from vendor again. Photo attached.

Not great ordered 3x 5m fascia boards to use inside house to cover old window sills. Corners on all 3 pieces bashed and stone like marks on top of all boards, but we have had to use them regardless. Delivery was fast. But due to defects in the products received in would not recommend to anyone

The clear plastic panel I ordered was sent via a delivery service with only clear plastic covering for protection. It had no other means of protecting it from heavy handling. This obviously meant it was damaged in transit. Three of the four corners were heavily bent and ruined. Had I not been in such a desperate need for the panel at the time, I would have returned it for a refund and bought another elsewhere. Fortunately, I was able to remove the damaged sections as the panel needed re-sizing. I will not be using this seller again I'm afraid.

The delivery was very quick. Very good! Would have been good service but unfortunately I ordered round gutter clips and you sent square which do not fit. I had to go and buy some round clips at additional expense in order to get the job done. Sadly these are the wrong colour but I needed to finish the job. I called your sales department at 15:15 hrs on Friday to inform them but the phone was not answewed.. Presumably off to the pub for an early weekend drink. I would be grateful if you would refund the cost of the six clips which will offset my additional expense. Your £17:00 delivery was a bit steep but worth it I for the fast delivery and carriage of long items. I may still use you again. Regards Alan Richardson

Very poorly packaged. Left outside on my drive with some of packaging fallen off. I sent an email with two photos attached and haven't even had this acknowledged. No card through the door to say it had been left outside. Expected a more professional service. Very disappointed.

damaged goods, although two people came to deliver goods only one took it out of the van and clearly struggled with it being 5 meters long, it was well wrapped but the fascia obviously had abusive life as it was still the damaged through the packaging

I ordered over £300 of products and unfortunately there were several damaged items. They were not damaged after delivery. It was not possible to unwrap and check all of the products when delivered (over 30 items all well wrapped but not quick to undo - also at 5m long they are awkward to manage and even more awkward when not 'paired up'). Also, due to the building inspector requiring a small amount or rework on the roof there was a delay in installing the items (but this did not result in them being damaged on site) - this meant I was outside of the short 7 day window so I am stuck with the damage which will require reordering products at extra cost and paying for another delivery charge too.

The goods did eventually arrive and seem to be fairly satisfactory so far. But there was no advance notice of time of delivery so I could not check them; two small items were missing and had to be sent later. On one water butt the tap was wrongly screwed in, pointing sideways not down; on the other there is a small leak around the tap joint. The locking device for the lid on one water butt was immovable and broke when I tried to turn it. The Floplast mini guttering pieces were all fine.

The description on your website as to how to identify whether a left hand or right hand verge unit is required is misleading and leads to incorrect units being ordered. A picture or drawing of a typical roof that identifies which is a left or right verge would be beneficial and more useful.

After waiting for ages for some to answer the phone I spoke to a man who was very helpful and said if I put preferred delivery date they would send it for those dates so I made my order using the web . The web site, the site was easy to use and I made a purchase , I left delivery instructions for a couple of days from then ,then on , it went wrong I had no confirmation email from the company , nothing till the next day I get a phone call from delivery driver saying he was at my house , lucky for me the delivery. Company had a great employee who agreed to leave it some where for me, as I was expecting it in a couple of days and I was not there , the price and speed was good just no communication and not reading instructions, I will use. Company again and hope they do better

I was advised my item would be delivered on the 10th October, I waited in all day and it didn't arrive. Two days later and I am still waiting for delivery.

The items arrived on two different days due to a courier mistake. Plus the large fascia board was damaged however didn't notice this until i had cut the board but which time it was to late to return the board
