“Easy ordering process. When the fascias were delivered two were unfortunately damaged. The company response was quick and helpful and the replacements were delivered within a couple of days. Also very competitively priced.”

“Order was placed on Sunday evening and all parts arrived on Tuesday morning. After unpacking on Thursday night I noticed window cill was damaged. One phone call on Friday morning and submission of a set of evidence pictures via e-mail had replacement part despatched on Friday and arrived on Saturday morning. Fantastic customer service and price equally as competitive as anything else I could find. Thank you.”

“The site was very easy to navigate and payment was easy. I should have paid more attention to the items I was ordering as I didn't realise that the new doors for the electric and gas box were different!! I have looked on the site since and it isn't very clear, Maybe you could make it clearer to us novices that the the electric box is a left hand hinge and the gas is a right hand hinge and one does not fit the other without a LOT of playing around with washers etc. But the order arrived quickly without any problem therefore I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Facias.com to my friends.
