“Hi got to say poor because had 4 parcels and only had 3 on thursday 1 being delivered friday and it never turned up phoned master plastic saterday thay said thay would look into it monday i phoned monday said again thay would look into it and phone me back and thay havent”

“I purchased the facias, down pipes, guttering and clips, The delivery was very quick and well wrapped, they were put up recently and look really good, good quality, I'm very pleased with the purchase and will be purchasing some more to do the other side of the house.”

“I was very pleased with the order, price and delivery of the white soil pipe and fittings, I was told that it would be difficult to get white soil waste pipe because it usually gets damaged in storage or delivery. When the pipe and fittings arrived it was well protected and in perfect condition. I have told the people that doubted the condition the pipe would arrive in of this supplier and they now will be looking at your web site. Thanks again.”

“The website is well designed and very easy to use. Everything is set out really well and links to relevant purchases are helpful. Payment is easy with plenty of options. Delivery is quick and information on delivery is really good. The quality of all the products is good with the exception of the fascia board. The rosewood covering is bubbling at the ends which makes me worry about the longevity of the product. Also, the first length I opened was damaged (scratches) due to I think shipping as there is damage to the bubble wrap in the same places. I did overcome this issue as I needed to cut strips and sections so it did get used. As yet I have not used any more fascia as the weather has not been suitable.”
