3 days after due date, e-mail to say items damaged full refund given!! No replacement offered or goodwill gesture of next day delivery. NOT HAPPY

Would give 0 stars if I could. Truly hopeless company. 14 days still not delivered order. Promised by customer service multiple times order would be with me the next day as deliver had just come in. All lies. After cancelling order wouldn't refund me for 7 days, if I even get it back... Customer service have no empathy for the fact I'd paid for scaffolding etc seperately with another company to get this work done so was no losing money. I didn't even get an apology. Never USE

I ordered soffits which were shown as in stock. Also, the website states soffits in stock will be dispatched within 24hours. After chasing on numerious occasions i finally received my order 2 weeks later. When the fitter came to install we realised that x2 pieces were incorrect and not vented as ordered. The whole process has been a nightmare so i just give up.

My fascia 175mm bored cracked and dented and pitted . All four lengths Had to be thrown away and buy new stuff from eurocell .. very poor Service

Absolutely shocking, took 6 weeks to deliver order, which was incorrect and still not resolved 4 weeks later. Total order duration 10+ weeks and caused delays on site, multiple phone calls and frustration. Would never use again. AWFUL!

Quality panel polycarbonate is really bad the edges had a cracked, and the tape supplied is too short not enough for the required size. Not really recommended to my friend or any buyer because the services.

Appalling customer service failed to deliver the whole order and are claiming they did. Not only that that the fascias are not the correct specification being in my case 15mm and not 18mm. Refuse to collect refuse to put anything right and haven't answered my email after a week.

Order sent out, however order not complete with follow ons, which I wasn't made aware of, so my fitters turned up and I had to run about picking up the missing items from local suppliers. Facia board has a large indent scratch in it and the square guttering down pipe was twisted. With me been so far from there depot, they have possibly chosen my order as an opportunity to get rid of their faulty stock. Would I use them again, NO most certainly not, don't even know if I have been credited for the missing items from my order as there has been no further communication from them, since my call on Monday!!!

Order was placed on 7th July, only to be told about the 5 day lead time after I chased up the delivery which hadn't arrived . Its now the 16th July and still no update on the delivery nor are they answering emails. Not a happy customer

Order put in on Friday 25 May at 0630 expecting 1 day delivery, but half of delivery arrived on Weds 30 May, rang to ask about items missing and was just told its the couriers fault wait in the following day for delivery, nothing arrived so rang and told to wait in again next day for remaining order and still haven't arrived, as on half term I was off work but didn't want to spend 3 days of my week off waiting for order. that never arrived, will not order from them again - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The worst company i have ever dealt with - would not let me return an item because the driver left without letting me check and said to call the office if there was any issues. Then tried to charge me an extra £50 when i had already paid £19 for delivery when i rejected another item. Broke UK consumer law by taking £50 of my money without my consent. No proper complaints procedure. Poor customer service and attitude. Will be taking this to a small claims court.

Very disappointed big long list of terms regarding delivery. Got told it was coming on a certain day because was for my o.a.p grandmother I booked a day off work so I could help the driver as was in the terms. Had a phone call at 2 in the afternoon saying wasn’t coming would be the following day before 1. So yet again I book the day off work unpaid and by 1 still hadn’t arrived so phone up nobody knew what was going on for it then to arrive later that day. So I had lost 2 days at work unpaid because of the mess with delivery. Such a list of demands regarding delivery and waste that ended up loosing out as not arrived the day originally planed for.

The item arrived in good time- however after unwrapping we found the door had a couple of very small scuff marks on. We emailed company direct via contact form on their website- have not received a reply. Once we tried fitting the door we discovered the collapsible top pin did not work - when eased down to get the door fitted it would not then move back up - poor quality brass pin - as a result we ended up taking the pin out if the old door to use- sorry but could not recommend the product - very poor quality.
