“I have made a few orders from Falcon. Delivery and products have been excellent, but on my last order one item was missing. I contacted them right away and a couple of days later and they have not yet replied or sent the missing item and for that I have deducted 2 stars”

“In terms of getting material out in a reasonable time then very good but I accidently split my order which ment paying twice the delivery charge although going to one address. After emailimg to explain this i had no reply and no refund. Customer services could be better.”

“My order was out of stock,but wasn't informed,so delivery date came and went,so a phoned a few days later and they said it'll be send today and you'll get it tomorrow,which i did,but i think £7.50 postage is too much for a lightweight roll of cable,especially when it's a few days late.”

“Always a queue, but took 20 mins to get to the counter. As I ordered on line it then took another 15mins to find my order once I'd given the ref no . Loads of staff milling about so not sure what the delay was??”

“Only problem was that Falcon advertised an item that was unavailable. The customer service staff were excellent in that they tried their best to source the item and, when that proved impossible, they efficiently progressed a full refund.”

“Ordering online was very easy. Trade counter experience was unbelievable. Total disorganisation in every area. Shame .. let you down. Have a big project but can't wait in a trade counter for so long and experience that shambles again”
