“After an initial, unexplained delay in the despatch of my item, my enquiry revealed that it was not in stock in the colour ordered. Immediately after I agreed to accept an alternative, Falcon received delivery of the correct one and immediately offered me next-day delivery from the new stock. The correct item was received as promised. Well done - and thanks.”

“Reserved my order online. Friendly staff with quick service. Although in busy Leeds they have ample parking adjacent to their warehouse in their own car park. No hesitation to use it again.”

“The dispatch and delivery were fine. But after talking to my electrician, I realised I had to return the item. I couldn't find a returns form and instructions on your website, so I phoned. I was told I would be sent a form by email. This has not happened”
