“This was my first time ordering from faith jewellers, the item from swarovksi arrived damaged, but it was more the fact that swarovski had applied the inocrrect foam packagani across the figurine putting pressure on a delicate part of the crystal figurine. Faith responded very quickly and sent me a free retunr label an dgot anothe rone uot within less thna a week! so very good service indded most impressed. i enlose photo of the replacement which was perfect!”

“I was a little nervous at first ordering as I didn't know this company would I took a chance and glad I did it saved me money a beautiful piece of jewellery for my granddaughter 16th birthday it also came in the strong beautiful box and a gift bag they gave me up to date progress on the order it came pretty quick and it was very well packaged”
