“Absolutely beautiful piece of art/jewelry. It was a present to a friend who has just retired. Because the stones of the necklace were colours of the rainbow, it represented her rainbow LGBTQIA family perfectly and she was really moved. The postage was really swift too. Great service.”

“I found the Faith Jewellers web site easy to use and very please with their timely delivery.The reason I have not given 5 stars is because the bracelet I bought somehow looked more robust and the stones richer in colour than the actual reality. I am willing to accept this is the risk of buying on line and forward the peice of jewellery to the intended recipient.”

“Didn't have to wait too long to receive the Lorus watch in good condition with decent packaging. Although 4 links were removed to adjust the bracelet, it was still loose so had to go to a local shop to pay extra for 2 more links to be removed. I would still consider making a further purchase in future from Faith Jewellers, but just get bracelet adjustment done locally.”

We had done our best to estimate the links that needed removed to match this length but it is hard to get exact without the customer being present. If you would have contacted us to make us aware that you needed further links removed, we would have been able to do this for you no problem. “I have bought Swarovski christmas tree ormament before from Faith Jewellers. So as I was looking through the website I saw some more for this year and noticed that they had the Swarovski hoilday cheers tree and snowman ball ornament at a good price. So I bought 2 of them they arrived well packed and at a time royal mail said they would very pleased. So about a week later just looking through the website when I saw the Swarovski holiday cheers crystal sweet ornament at a great price so I bought 2 of them as well by the way I give them to my wife and daughter to put on the tree on christmas eve. They arrived well packed as usual very pleased with Faith Jewellers but this time royal mail tracked said they would arrive on wednesday so waited all day but never arrived till the thursday that was the only let down”

“I bought a Seiko King Turtle special edition Mantaray in stunning blue from Faith Jewellers, it was sold at an excellent price that I just could not refuse. Their communication, customer service and delivery was superb. I will be using them again for further watch purchases in the future. Highly recommend five stars!”
