“I ordered a watch for my husbands 70th Birthday, I rang the store first to check availability, where I was told there was one left of the watch I selected, I then went online and placed the order, I am delighted with my purchase and so delighted to buy from a local family business, Rodney’s father actually delivered my milk many years ago such a lovely family, the watch was delivered by Royal Mail special delivery and I’m a very happy customer.”

Hi Rhianne I'm sorry to hear you have not received your order as of yet. Royal Mail is still experiencing delays over the Christmas period and the new year. I have investigated your order and it was dispatched on 29th December (Wednesday) appear to be experiencing delays due to the bank holiday at the start of this week. Your parcel has been despatched Tracked 48 which in normal situations this can take 2 to 5 working days. We will continue to track your parcel for you but would hope is should be with you shortly.
