“Truly fantastic items and the books that they have chosen near enough spot on! Amazing! There could be some improvements as there is competition, but I do believe if chosen Fairyloot can be even MORE amazing! Love Fairyloot, they have my heart.”

“The books are beautiful but the quality isn't always great. The are always dispatched and delivered late which is incredibly frustrating, and the items that come with them aren't great either, mostly junk. But I like the early access to special editions and the books always go up in value. The customer service is wonderful, cannot fault it!”

“Fairyloot offer some really nice products from their monthly box subscription to individual limited editions of books. Honestly the highlight of their products are the special editions of the books they release! Sometimes the contents of the subscription boxes are hit or miss and that's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Some of the contents I just can't find a use for, no matter how pretty they might be and it sometimes makes me wish there was a book only box option but some of the inclusions are really impressive. I would definitely recommend Fairyloot!”

“I absolutely love all the items in the boxes and the books are always very exciting reads, unfortunately the boxes always come late which puts a dampener on the experience.”

“I really like FairyLoot, especially all the extras / finishes for exclusive books. The items can be hit and miss, but the quality is good in general. I haven't had any problems with damaged books / goods so far and only pleasant communication with the support team. Unfortunately, I often don't enjoy the chosen monthly books as much, but that's personal preference / opinion. (I've been subscribed to Fairyloot since Oct 2017 on and off).”

“I adore everything I receive from you. I love every item even if I do not know what fandom it’s from. I do occasionally receive bent or damaged items. This isn’t a huge issue though it would be preferable if this didn’t happen. I love everything and use all the items and love the care that goes into making each item.”

“I really love getting my FairyLoot boxes, the book is always beautiful, the items are cute only reason it’s not 5 star is since I’ve got a subscription they have been late most months but it’s never made me want to cancel as boxes are too good”

“I am in love not only with the products and editions but also with the family of fairyloot (the communication, the content and aesthetic on Instagram, etc). However it's true that recently I had had some problems with the shipment (related to customs and courier), which has affected my experience with fairlyloot. I know it's something that can not be controlled and the communication with the Fairyloot team has been great, so I just need to keep waiting.”

“Very happy with the books/items that come every month. Sometimes the boxes are late but I understand this is a supplier issue with them being late and not fairyloot fault, however, I have had 2 boxes come with damaged items. They have been speedily replace when I get in touch and fairyloot are apologetic. Still this came be underwhelming and ruins the buzz of my monthly surprise.”
