“I only buy about two brands here. The points system is a bit odd. I don’thave lots of time to work out how to use them. Not sure why it can't be easy like space nk. Therefore I'm never encouraged to buy more.”

“Face the Future is my go to for beauty skin products, loads of choice and if you can wait or time it right you can get decent reductions. The only frustrating thing is the bonus points you can earn, there pointless excuse the pun, you can never redeem them there never applicable the the items your buying. Same for NHS discounts (blus light card), they never work. It's the only downfall I'll still purchase from Face the Future.”

“This is a great serum, it suits all skin types dry to oily and offers excellent anti-ageing results, tightening and firming. A little goes a long way unlike some serums a bottle of this lasts around 3 months. If you have very dry and very aged skin you may need something more 'heavy duty'!”

“Easy to order. I emailed asking to cancel my order approx 15 mins after placing it (at 11.25pm), but thr following afternoon they emailed saying it had already been dispatched! Now I have to return woth no printer to print a returns label etc. Also they could have been more helpful just kept referring me to their returns page.”
