“There was a glitch in the delivery because of a printing error but when the recipient contacted Face the Future via Instagram, the company contacted me quickly so that it could be sorted out”

“I give 5 stars for the postage and 5 stars for the mist. 4 for the deluxe face cream. I usually use la prairie but too expensive now. Gaylia is very good but not quite as good as la prairie. However, I will buy again for sure”

“Unfortunately my order was sent to the wrong address by the delivery company that was used and I was unable to contact anyone that day as there was no reply. However on the following day I was able to contact someone and she was able to put things right by contacting the delivery company and I received my order in the afternoon. The fault didn’t lie with Face the Future but with the delivery man.”
