“Fast delivery, Clear communication via email. My only request is that they think of wastage a little bit more such as packaging i.e., plastic bubble wrap and ask people if they want the free sample or allow people to choose which sample they have as I've had samples I've not really wanted or had use for. otherwise excellent service. thank you.”

Please be assured that we do not purchase any packaging.All packaging included in orders to protect your products, have been re-used and recycled when we have received these from distributors delivering products to us in bulk. “I have always received very good service and advice from Face the Future. I would have rated 'very good' except for the fact that last time I tried to purchase on-line during their sale it proved to be very frustrating and impossible - perhaps a problem with their website. Saying that, my purchase was made the following day over the 'phone with discount, even though the sale had then ended - great service.”
