“Fantastic service! Ordered a gift for my daughters birthday but it was out of stock. The lady I spoke to was lovely and offered to put the item on a delivery quicker service when back in stock to get it to me on time. She even took the time to call me back and offer an alternative colour. Item arrived on time for the birthday. Great customer service, would definitely use this company again.”

Hi Anna, We have checked your order and can see this was ordered on 19/09/2024 and your order was processed and dispatched on the same day. The tracking link does show that delivery attempts were made on the 21st and the 23rd of September but there was no answer.
