“First purchase from them, sent 2 emails regarding the postal address I noticed PayPal had used missing part of my address, I contacted them twice to give the correct address (first time on the same day it was ordered), never received a reply. I work away from home and have no idea if my delivery ever made it to my house. Poor customer care, won't be ordering again.”

Hi Laurettta The product you have purchased does have a ball bearing inside. If you shake the can, the rattling ball bearing helps to mix up the product, so the product is pushed out in a fine mist.
