“The products received were different from that advertised on the website. That being said however, I was fully refunded and asked to keep the products. Unfortunately products not suited for my skin so will have to gift them out. I have given a 4 star rating due to the prompt and efficient handling of the agent who handled the complaint and its outcome.”

“Face the Future is great but the Website is awful now that its linked with Shop pay. I dread navigating payment now and trying to utilise my reward points is a nightmare. It can take ages of messing about on different devices to pay and or use reward points. Please change the website back to how it was!”

“Well I have been using Neostrata Retinol Nag night repair for many years but this time you didn't have it and I have a different cream. It doesn't do the instant skin renewal like the previous one so am a bit disappointed about that. That's my opinion.”

“I have used this site for several years and found the site clear and staff on the phone friendly and helpful. I'm not so keen on the pop ups that appear when I negotiate through the website . I've also been confused about the points system and had to ask for help in using them. I found this quite frustrating but staff on the phone helped me and I've been sent an email to help me use the remainder.”
