“I like Face the Future and the range of products that they stock too. My only qualm is their loyalty program. I have to spend £100 before I can use my £10 reward which is really unfair. No other loyalty program that I am a member of does this like Cult Beauty and Space NK.”

“I feel I've been conned. I was offered the product I wanted for approximately £8 less than the rrp. When I went to check ou the total was double that that I expected. I thought I had accidentally clicked twice and accepted that I was getting two. However I received one plus two products that are of no use to me at all. I am uncertain that I did not click on those products. I will not use this company again.”

“I was very disappointed with my first ever order from Face The Future, I was informed after a significant delay that the primary items (sun cream) in my order were ‘out of stock’ which meant I didn’t have enough time to reorder from an alternative supplier before my holiday!! Not only was this a waste of my time, it also caused financial loss! Why were these items not marked ‘out of stock’ in the first place????”
