“Was promised a high value freebie (hence, my recent order amount), no freebie option was available during check out, reached to out FTF, received irresponsible response + implications of me lying (the today payment amount from my most recent order clearly states that I qualify for the high value freebie, don’t know why FTF would assume customer is lying when the fact is clearly there) from team instead of any helpful/practical assistance.”
