“Disappointing - I ordered 3 items - two have a best before date of September 2024. The two are the same product so by the time I get to open the 2nd bottle it will be out of date.”

“The shopping experience is great, sadly it’s been two weeks and haven’t got my delivery. There was one delivery attempt and still haven’t got it, it would be better if it was. Possible to allow the delivery person to leave at my doorstep.”

From your tracking link your order was shipped from our warehouse the following day from placing your order and delivery was attempted then the day after that, and 2 more times again by Royal Mail. “I am not happy at all. I have been trying to return an item for a week now now. First, I had to wait for the initial returns request to be processed. Then, instead of simply deducting the returns postage charge from the total refund, like other normal shops do, I had to purchase a returns label separately - via what I first thought was a spam email. I am now not clear at all about what the next step is, and there is no information about this on your website. Having purchased a returns label, I was expecting an email with a QR code or the label attached. Instead, should I now wait for days for the label to arrive via post? If so, that will take me over the 30 days return period. You literally couldn't make it more difficult and confusing for people if you tried. Absolutely appalling. Avoid!”
