“Very poor customer service. I received the faulty product and reached out to customer service. Amber replied with apologies and promise to contact the manufacturer. After that no response from my emails, although I was ready to send the faulty product back and receive a replacement. Now I am stuck with a pricey product which I cannot use because the stick dried up and fall apart. Of course, I will open a PayPal dispute. Deeply disappointed. UPD After leaving this review, I received a replacement. Thanks, Jessica for helping to resolve this issue.”
