“Product arrived promptly. My only gripe is that a small pot arrived in a huge box . A ridiculous waste of packaging which made it too big to go through the letter box.”

“I was so impressed with my Face the Future experience. The whole process of placing order, completing a consultation form and receiving my order was so slick and efficient. I was very happy with my products and the free products I received. All items had a good expiry date. They also arrived within 48 hours of placing the order! “I love shopping with Face the Future and proud to be a top tier loyalty member, the only slight drawback I have is the "minimum spend" to use the 20% discount codes. I feel for the amount that I purchase, and amount of points collected, you should be allowed to used the discount codes for any amount spent. Sadly I'll have to hop between other retailers to occasionally get the best value for money. Having said that I do love the products and fantastic service :)”
