actifry ORIGINAL model replacement handle was spot on BUT the replacement ring sent for this model was the wrong one. If you are able to send the correct one I will gladly return the wrong one which does not fit this model. Your delivery service was very good.
p.s. I did email the company on this problem during this last week but as of today heard nothing.
