“The delivery was good as were the parts. However I put in a query 3 weeks ago on one of the parts that were not quite right and have phoned a few times and have yet to receive any reply. It would have been 5* but for this poor customer follow up service”

“I was delighted to receive my order on Saturday through the post but there was confusion when I telephoned to find out on Thursday to see when I could expect the order I was told it was not in stock! I actually went out and bought another steamer as I was desperate to clear up after builders!”

“This arrived quite quickly but the package was open. The postman said it looks like it was never sealed. Also I was trying to get a discount but the code did not work. This door seal is expensive but at least it's the correct one. Thanks Dave”

“First product came poorly packaged and broken but replace meant was sent and arrived intact. I think email shipping notifications would be beneficial.”

“The part arrived on time. The only issue I had with it is the 2nd whole wasn't quite the right shape for the screw and I had to substitute the screw or another. Or maybe the screw was no good. one or the other as it wouldn't go in fully or at the right angle. Many thanks”
