“Feed back for Ellis & Thompson staff in Cobham- I have been a customer for 23 years and despite having not lived permanently in the UK for the last 13 years, I still ensure I come to Cobham as least twice a year for my eyes. The service level is exceptional, from the Optometrist to the kind and friendly service provided by the reception staff and last but not least, Kim and Alan. Alan's attention to detail in choosing the right design and Kim's overall care and attention for providing the best level of personal service is why, whether when I have lived in Australia or Brazil, I always come back to them year on year, Thank you so much for looking after me”
