“I am a computer luddite, so instructions have to be crystal clear for me to operate any program. The unlock proceedures were well defined and easy to execute. I am a little surprised by the (what is to me) a high cost ($25 plus $54)). But the service is excellent and everything went through without a hitch (though the bank wanted a verification of the issuer, which was easily resiolved).”

“Very quick & easy service - I'd just had my phone stolen & managed to get it blocked by my network provider so I needed to unlock an old phone as quickly as possible obviously. I was worried about using this service instead of going directly to my network but as they weren't open until the morning I had no choice but to try & I'm very happy I did.
