“Very quick and easy service, didn't think it would be possible to unlock a phone from a US provider but it was actually really simple. Initially it said it would take 4 days but it was done in less than 12 hours. Saved me a trip into town or having to buy a new phone. Would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“Great remote service. Easy to request unlocking my phone. Found having the live tracking service to see how the unlocking process is going and emails confirming status of the request and once it all went through as being very useful. Would recomend”

“Quick & efficient service - this was despite EE not releasing unlock codes and request had to be submitted to Hauwei themselves. Unlock code was available first thing next day (I'd originally tried to unlock handset late in the afternoon) and worked first time. Now able to pass it on to another family member who's not on EE. Highly recommended.”
