“Easy to use service although I was a little suprised at the two requests for payment, although when I read why it did make sense. You then move on to getting the unlock codes, firstly they approached ee directly for me with an estimated time scale of an hour, but were much quicker than that. However they then had to approach the phone manufacturer with an estimated time frame of up to 10 days which worried me however less than 6 hours later the codes arrived. Although my phone was unable to accept the code, phone issue possibly due to age, they issued a credit note to cover the full amount with no expiry date, so very pleased with their service.”

“Needed an unlock code for a Motorola g 5g plus that was about 4 years old and tied to the EE network but otherwise in perfect working order. It took a few days for them to find the code but I was kept informed about the progress and I'm very happy with the service.”

“Whilst initially very skeptical, it was seamless. Admittedly having not read the small print , I was a little shocked as there was request for further payment but then I saw realised what needed to be completed and why … then it pursued seamlessly until resolved . Great and now I have a lovely new phone to use .”

Bună Olga, mulțumesc pentru timpul acordat pentru a împărtăși feedback-ul tău. Sunt încântat să văd că starea comenzii dvs. este „Unlock Complete” și iPhone 16 Pro Max este deblocat pentru a fi utilizat în rețeaua din Germania. Înțeleg că ar putea părea că ați făcut mai multe plăți, dar doar pentru a clarifica – 5,99 EUR au acoperit Cecul de rețea, 28,99 EUR au fost pentru Verificarea de eligibilitate și 33 EUR au fost pentru Deblocarea standard. Toate aceste costuri au fost subliniate clar pe pagina de finalizare a comenzii, deoarece fiecare telefon necesită o verificare a eligibilității, urmată de plata de deblocare. Sper că acest lucru va clarifica lucrurile și vă mulțumim din nou pentru că ați ales ExpressUnlocks!
