“Thank you to the team for dealing with my phone unlock. I was slightly sceptical in the beginning, and felt it necessary to contact them when the unlock seemed to be taking a long time. I had an almost immediate response to my email, and my fears were unfounded. The response was not an automated one, and the adviser was very helpful. I received a further email when the job was finally done. Thank you all.”
