“Rip off. Paid $20 expecting this was all that was required. Then was required to pay $80. Then was told need to wait for 5 days to receive the codes.”

“I was very concerned with an online unlock, due to all the scams out there - but I was wrong. They unlocked my Sim within 24 hours which I was so relieved for. And the chat box actually works! Every time I had a query I was answered and helped. Very relieved to find somewhere that worked.”

“Just call your servuce provider. They make you think you need them to unlock a phone but you don’t it’s a scam”

“This service worked exactly as they said it would! Intially I was disappointed to see that it could take up to 4 days but I expected roughly that timeframe since I submitted the request over the weekend. I was so pleased to see that it was handled within 24 hours - THANK YOU very much!!”

“Excellent service. They were quick to respond and update me very step of the way. There was a delay where they had to contact Samsung directly but keeps updating me. Then got the email to confirm it was all sorted. Highly recommend them for help unlocking the phone.”

“Very easy to use and very reassuring! I came to expressunlocks via Giffgaff, as I wasn't sure which websites seemed secure, but everything ran so smoothly. I was able to figure out how to start the procedure, and found it all very easy. I'm not very technologically gifted, so the simple process was very reassuring. I was informed every step of the unlocking process through email, which was nice to see as it can feel like you've given your money with no results.
