“They deliver. My phone was lock with Spectrum which ask me 450$ to delock it. Knowing I’ve already paid almost two years of service with the extra monthly cost for the phone ( on top of the initial premium ) Unlock ask me for 24€ to check if eligible. The result was yes and then they ask 44€for the fast unlock which unfortunately didn’t work because The 450€ balance from Spectrum was locking it. But they offer to paid an extra of 203 to unlock with full refund if it didn’t work. ( at this point it was this or loosing 78€ ). I paid the 203€, so a total of 271€ and after a week my phone is unlock. So I wish there was more upfront with the different costs and type of refund. But they did deliver.”

“Paid the check fee followed by the full payment to unlock a iPhone from O2 taken twenty days to press and still not unlocked fee ripped off by a company that can’t deliver the goods taken the money but failed to deliver what they said they could do a complete rip off stay well clear if where you defo not recommended as far as I’m concerned”
