“I needed my old Samsung S21 Ultra which was locked to o2 unlocking as I was handing the phone down to my daughter who has a SKY Mobile SIM. After doing a few google searches and looking at various unlocking companies I decided to go with Express Unlocks. The process was simple and smooth. I was kept up to date with progress and I could track this online via the Express Unlocks website. Within a couple of days I received an email to say the process had been completed. Simple.”

“I have never had a phone unlocked before so that I have little knowledge as to how the service and the prices compare to other providers. This is the main reason as to why I have given four points; five points would have required me to know what other providers charge and how quick the process is. I had reason, however, to have my handset unlocked fast and from home, and this was done quickly and efficiently. Some notes of caution: Because I was in a rush, I did not pay sufficient attention to the details on the website. I used it, because the EE logo was displayed (I had googled how to unlock an EE phone). It took me a while to realise that the service was not provided by EE. Because I was in a rush and had not paid sufficient attention to the terms, the request for a second, much higher payment surprised me (although, according to expressunlocks, the website states that two payments are required to complete the process). The third issue, over which expressunlocks had no control, was my spam filter: all the emails expressunlock sent, ended up there. It's well possible that the process had been even the faster if I had received the information they sent. Altogether, therefore, it was a mixed experience in some ways, but mainly through my own fault.”

“I was switching from a hawaii to a Samsung that needed unlocking and didn't want to have to go to a shop to complete the process. Found these guys online and went ahead after the initial payment to check all was well to go ahead I payed the unlock fee and the process went through smoothly and the phone was unlocked the following day. “Was a bit dubious about unlocking my phone on line, but reading the reviews, I thought I would try it. EE rejected the request, so the company sent a request to Apple. It said it would take 4 days & 11 hours to complete. However, it completed the next day. I did get in touch with customer support to see about closing the window, they came back with a reply almost immediately. My iPhone is working perfectly, thank you. Would definitely recommend Expressunlocks.com.”

“At first, I was really sceptical as I've never done this before but really needed my phone to be unblocked. I'm so glad I've done it! Done the payment and after the initial check, which confirmed that the simlock can be removed, I was required to pay more for the next part. I knew 2nd payment would be needed as I've read reviews explaining this. After around 15mins I've received the code and instructions on how to proceed. I'm still learning English, but all was simply stated, and I didn't have any issues. The phone is now unlocked and I'm very happy! I can honestly say don't be scared to use expressunlocks as it works! Now saved on my phone and will definitely use it again if needed!”
