“This is a very expensive service, which charged me £50 overall - in two steps - to unlock the SIM. It was not clear to me why the SIM was locked in the first place, so to pay this amount was quite frustrating, especially since I saw indication when I made the first payment that there would be a second one. The process was, at least, quite speedy, but overall I am not very happy with this service.”

“Its a really good service. My wife left her phone on holiday and whilst were awaiting for that to arrive back home we used an old phone. This was locked but for ease and efficiency we used express unlocks. I would recommend this service to anyone. You’ve saved us a lot of hassle. Thank you”

“The website and service is quick. Although the payment is not clear and as I run the first check with a fee of £13 it came back as my handset was sim locked which I had to pay another £34 to unlock it. They did unlock my already unlocked sim as I found out the provider I was using hadn’t sim lock in the first place. A bit of deception there and waste of money. Service is good and fast but no refund for no needing the service anyway apparently”

“I was looking to get my samsjng note 10 plus unlocked. I first paid the 11.99 to verify my handset was eligible for the unlock. After the 2 minute eligibility check I was then asked to pay the remaining balance which I did then within 3 or 4 minutes my unlock code was available on the Internet browser and also emailed to me. It worked perfectly. I would recommend expressunlocks.com for the quickness if service and the security checks needed to make sure my phone was able to be unlocked. Thanks again. It saved us buying a new handset.”
