“Had a product sent to me that I believed had minor damage, which in the end was not. I contacted the company, and the employee who I spoke to quickly dispatched a replacement with no fuss; a very good communicator, and repeatedly made the effort to contact me. Seems to me nowadays this is only common with the smaller companies. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely first class service from Express Electrical. One of my smoke alarms failed after about 10 months showing low battery symptom. I emailed Express Electrical, my email was very quickly answered by Kayleigh Watson who explained the guarantee procedure. Kayleigh friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Replacement unit quickly sent out. Couldn't ask for better.”
