Hi David, Evolution do not actually set the APR, this is down to the actual funder that decides to give you an the opportunity of finance. They base the APR on customers credit history assessment taking into considerations various factors. Evolution effectively facilitate the funders approval, between them, you and your supplying car dealer to ensure all the regulatory factors have been boxed off. “It was a reasonably smooth process from start to finish. Reasonably, as when I did need to call it did take some time for calls to go through. And the reason for my calls was to make sure my purchase was being dealt with when I hadn't had contact from yourselves. I recently got finance through Zuto too. Just some helpful input - they contacted me every step of the way and the process was quicker and I felt I had to do nothing at all. When I did call them the calls go through straight away. Never the less, I am still happy with your service.”

“The only problem I found was that they didn’t keep me updated on the progress of my application I kept having to ring up to find out and when it was completed still they didn’t contact me via telephone to confirm this other than this it was ok”
