“Overall I’m happy that I got accepted to buy a lovely car. However I did experience an issue using the e-sign even after getting 7 new emails for the link and text code and several Phone calls back and forth it still wouldn’t work. This did delay me picking up my car as in the end I had to hand sign them. The only other thing i would suggest would be a little more communication, I did feel sometimes I had to chase things up which would have been easier if I was regularly informed.”

“Daniel was very helpful and polite. He did things in a timely fashion and there was no delays on his part. When I missed his calls and call back, other members of the team was helpful in passing on or giving me information. All in all a good service plus got approved for a loan. Good job!!!!”

“By not being judgemental just becos I was seriously ill a few years back, which almost took my life, never mind be able to work and keep up all my payments. However that’s all behind me now and I needed a and more reliable car to get me to work etc. So thank you for not ruling me out for credit and being brave and caring enough to help me, I promise I will return the favour and recommend you to all my friends and family.”
