They were unable to offer me finance because of my credit score but they were able to find a lender who would lend to me. So I dealt with them in the capacity of a broker. Really grateful that they were able to find me something. Main downside was communication. I was constantly having to call to get updates. I would get an email letting me know the next steps and that they would contact me when there was an update but i would have really appreciated a daily email or call letting me know what was going on - even if it was to say they were still waiting. A good thing is that they were always available when I called - I was never left waiting on hold for longer than a couple of minutes and I always received an answer to my questions.

Very difficult at time due to work to try and deal with the one person who was dealing with my claim, those who tryed hard to help in dealing were very helpful( Domonic) when I made a call and couldn't speak to main person would ask for call back but didn't get it, to call back and find out they gone home for the day.

There was a short communication problem with what they asked which delayed my vehicle collection by 2 days, otherwise I can't fault them. Really friendly and great service.

Let’s just say it’s better than dealing with the CarShop. It would be helpful for future clients that you make it aware to whoever deals with you that payslips are a request from you. I don’t carry mine with me so it’s made getting the car longer process. unfortunatly I can’t load a photo of my car as I haven’t received it yet. Your service otherwise was quick and efficient. Unlike the CarShop who I’m still dealing with.

The person Callum was amazing and everyone else individually who I spoke to were also great who dealt with my claim however they then stalled my payment although can’t complain a generally good service though

Good service overall. Initially I was told a finance agreement had been found with lower monthly payments then they increased. This slowed the process down but in the end all worked out. would recommend as simple & online completion of paperwork very convenient & simple.
