“They were unable to offer me finance because of my credit score but they were able to find a lender who would lend to me. So I dealt with them in the capacity of a broker. Really grateful that they were able to find me something. Main downside was communication. I was constantly having to call to get updates. I would get an email letting me know the next steps and that they would contact me when there was an update but i would have really appreciated a daily email or call letting me know what was going on - even if it was to say they were still waiting. A good thing is that they were always available when I called - I was never left waiting on hold for longer than a couple of minutes and I always received an answer to my questions.”

“Very difficult at time due to work to try and deal with the one person who was dealing with my claim, those who tryed hard to help in dealing were very helpful( Domonic) when I made a call and couldn't speak to main person would ask for call back but didn't get it, to call back and find out they gone home for the day.”
