“There was a lot of verification needed but necessary given as most of the procedure did not ask for face to face discussions My difficulty was trying to fit it all in whilst going through a very busy work period in which I worked 7 days and long hours”

High Tracey, sorry it took a little more than expected. Unfortunately it’s not a simple to borrow money these days as it was some time ago.
