“Had an email to say I had been excepted for finance, which was great. “One step away from your new car” then when speaking to them they state only allowed so much. If they state this at the beginning then hopes wouldn’t be dashed. My own fault for bad credit due Covid, however they need to state the fact at the beginning”

Dear Adrian, thank you for your comments. The rate and finance deal that you are offered through our panel of lenders is influenced by your credit profile and personal circumstances. The lender we were able to obtain an acceptance from has a limit on the amount it will lend.
