“sent proofs 6-7 times was told I needed to call the finance company did most of the leg work between me and the finance company as if evolution were not there at all! different staff tell me different things yes this proof is enough, no its not we need your passport, your passport cannot be used its a role of the dice which advice you get absolutely appalling”
