“AVOID AVOID AVOID Disorganised, caused me so much stress. I had to repeatedly sign things, had to keep chasing for updates. They changed things and didn't inform me and some of the staff had a sarcastic attitude. If I had a choice I'd have cancelled and run away as fast as I could.”

Having investigated your issues, we can see that there were two re-signs required. This was due to incorrect information being provided to us and therefore was unavoidable since our lenders do require an accurate application to progress.
