“Your colleague, Alex, who dealt with my application was incredibly professional, prompt at replying to emails, and gave answers which are easily understandable by someone who isn't very clued up about finance things. I found the whole process of applying for the finance quick and probably a lot less stressful than it could have been thanks to him.”
