“I am particularly impressed with Callum whose communication skills were exceptional and very professional.After his first call to me, he promised to call me back on a particular day and he did. when he did hear from me when he used another communicative method, he sent an email to enquire whether I had found something suitable,this did not end there but he kept communicating with me all till I signed all my paperwork and collected my new vehicle.This was very reassuring.”
