Hi there. Unfortunately things don't always go according to plan and we are restricted to our actual funders turnaround times and processes. It is also the funder that determines the APR, based on many factors, we just facilitate the process on behalf of the dealer and the funder. I personally apologise for this on their behalf, but the main thing we have assisted you in getting your new car and yo are on the road. Many thanks for taking the time out to feedback. “Helped every step of the way, the finance company so far is not great: The website is very basic There is no mobile app Tracking payments and balances is not straight forward or updated in real time The above is related to the lender not Evolution very professional thank you”
