Hi Andrew, firstly many thanks for taking the time out to provide us with your valuable feedback. It is much appreciated. Unfortunately over the past 2 weeks we have been in a logistical challenge, like most businesses to rapidly redeploy over 200 staff safely and compliantly to work from home, given the current COVID19 situation. This has caused a few challenges at our end in terms of upheaval, but we have managed during the ‘redeploy period’ to maintain a service to support our dealer network. Granted, that service for that period of time may not have been our usual desired expectation, but we have been up in uncharted waters. The main thing for me is that we managed to get you sorted and you were able to complete your purchase and take delivery of you new van. We sincerely apologise if any part of your vehicle finance buying journey was affected by these exceptional circumstances. Best regards Evolution Extra
