“I am more than grateful and happy about the way you handled my application. The only disappointing issue is that today I had to go to carshop warrington to pick up my car, only to be told that the car is not ready when I got today and it will be ready on friday. I am more than frustrated to say the least. The customer service of carshop is more than appalling. They didn't seem to be sorry or anything for giving me false information and making me waste my day and time going there. I am absolutely livid and angry about the treatment I got from carshop.”

“I spoke to a lovely lady on the 31st of october called Nikki regarding the finance of my lovely new kia venga hatchback (ive named her Bess after my grandmother Elizabeth).
