“Nightmare from start to finish. Why not ask everyone for a contract of employment, payslips, bank statement etc straight away then wouldn't have wasted 7 days messing around”

Dear Shaun, thank you for taking the time to review us and we're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the process of taking out finance through us. For the protection of both our customers and our lenders, we do have criteria around proofs that must be fulfilled. It does appear that a number of delays occurred due to proofs being provided to us that contained errors.
